Job description: JOB VACANCIESINTERNAL & EXTERNALLecturer in Marine Legislation and ManagementPermanentFull Time 35 hours per weekSalary: £40,170 – £48,357 per annum. Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £46,310 per annum.The successful candidate will prepare, teach, assess, and act as an internal moderator in appropriate marine management subject areas. You will be asked to deliver subjects such as marine law and management, marine legislation and leadership and project management for IT. You will maintain all relevant course and learner documentation, along with accurate records of student attendance and performance. You will objectively evaluate courses and monitor student progress. You will provide advice and support to the students, meeting the needs of a diverse learner population.Candidates must be passionate about supporting and motivating our students. You must be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team. You should possess effective interpersonal skills and be able to communicate learning to individuals with a variety of learning styles.
