You’ll be the key link between Emerge Aotearoa and private property owners, ensuring strong relationships, effective lease management, and high service standards.This role plays a vital part in expanding our portfolio in priority areas, supporting strategic goals, and maintaining a customer-focused approach. You’ll oversee lease agreements, budgeting, renewals, and act as the subject matter expert in lease operations, delivering value and ensuring best practices every step of the way.This role offers a salary band ranging from $79,345.05 to $84,402.64. Placement within this band will be determined by the extent to which candidates meet or exceed the relevant qualifications and experience requirements.This is a permanent full-time role Monday to Friday. The position can be either based in on of our Auckland officea (West, East or South) or in our Christchurch office.He kōrero mōu | About YouWe are looking for someone with a property related degree or qualification (e.g. Commercial or Residential Real Estate, Property Law, Contract Law) or at least 3 years of practical experience in a lease/contract specific technical role.You need to be detail-oriented, organised, and bring a professional approach to managing lease portfolios.
