Experience a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your expertise in human resources will contribute to building a world-class employee experience while advancing your own career on a global stage.As the Learning & Talent Training Lead – Sales & Retail (Emiratisation), you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development and delivery of business critical learning solutions aligned to Group values and the employee experience.In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and delivery of learning solutions critical to business needs and strategic priorities in Operational Training (Sales & Retail)
• Ensure compliance with the expectations of the Strategic Business Partners, Learning Experience
• Standards and where applicable, Regulatory Compliance and Audit.
• Drive performance within the team; ensuring skills and capabilities continually develop to provide a cutting edge service to the business.
• Map capabilities and coordinate resources to ensure the right people are matched to the right project.
• Promote continual development and evolve digital literacy within the teams.
• Drive a dynamic, results focused culture that leverages performance data in coordination with L&T
• Operations Support and Learning Experience Standards and Analytics.
• Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours preferably in a related field
• 8+ years experience in a people development role or learning leadership role
• 8+ years experience in the Sales & Retail field
• Masters level qualification and Project Management certification would be an asset

• An expert in learning solution design and delivery

• Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results
