Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager to join our banking client’s team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and deliver innovative learning solutions that align with business priorities. This contract position offers the opportunity to extend beyond the initial term ending on October 31, 2025. This is a hybrid opportunity, which allows you to work 2 days onsite at our client’s office in downtown Toronto, and 3 days from the comfort of your home office.Advantages

Responsibilities
- Leading an L and D team- designers, developers, BP’s in implementation of learning solutions.
- Working with an agile program level team.
- Manage the development and delivery of various learning formats: virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, self-led pathways, and workshops.
- Support vendor engagement and onboarding processes.
- Implement stakeholder engagement strategies and maintain project governance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in learning or adult training.
- PMP certification required; SCRUM certification is required
- Excellent client focus, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Project (Knowledge of MS Project is an absolute must)
- Experience with virtual meeting facilitation and collaboration tools (Adobe Connect, MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Knowledge of eLearning platforms (HTML 5, SCORM) is a plus.

Expected salary: $68.59 – 69.89 per hour
