Then apply now to join our team as our new LEAN Partner at our production site Aseptic Manufacturing Bagsværd (AM BA)!The positionAs LEAN partners our role is to ensure a continuous development of our overall LEAN maturity at the site by helping our production to always operate with a LEAN mindset. We engage with managers, operators, and supporters at all levels to continuously improve our processes that create value for the site, but most importantly for our patients.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in defining and executing on our cLEAN ambitions
  • Driving and facilitating complex improvement initiatives
  • Maturing our overall LEAN capabilities by coaching and providing feedback to managers on LEAN tools and systems at shopfloor
  • Facilitating systematic problem solving on both daily issues and more complex projects
  • Delivering training on LEAN systems and tools

About youYou preferably have at least an academic bachelor’s degree within a relevant field and a few years of hands-on experience working with Lean in a production environment.Other qualifications include:

  • Good understanding of common LEAN tools, e.g. Performance Management, Process confirmation, 5S, Process mapping etc.
  • Systematic approach in working with continuous improvement methods
  • A natural curiosity and wish to dive deeper into and understand complex processes
  • A predisposition to challenge established thinking and “set ways”
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Understanding of the Danish language is an absolute advantage

About the departmentIn AM BA, we produce top-quality products for patients worldwide. You will be joining the cLEAN team, which is anchored within Business Support & Inspection, an area responsible for among other Inspection, PMO, Supply Chain, Finance, Lean and Training.We are a high performing, and diverse team of 9 skilled colleagues who are a driven by improving our daily production processes.
