Apply today!The PositionAs a cLEAN® Partner, you will not only act as a coach and strategic partner to our department leadership team, but you will also be responsible for driving improvements on our LEAN systems and continuous improvement efforts. You will be instrumental in leading change management initiatives, guiding stakeholder engagement, and leading in solving complex departmental challenges.Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and training to our leaders and employees.
  • Driving our strategy process across the factory with our leadership group.
  • Training employees in LEAN behavior and tools

You will play a pivotal role as a project manager and facilitator, nurturing creative processes and driving optimization and change projects both locally and across the organization.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:

  • An academic degree in production engineering or similar Newly graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in working with LEAN, if newly graduate this could be projects carried out during your time as a student.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Danish (oral and written).
  • Confident in speaking in front of others

It is essential that you are comfortable working with data and possess the resilience to inspire and challenge others in a supportive and respectful manner.About the DepartmentIn Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) our main goal is to support our four factories with the best possible business support, within our areas of responsibility. We are working closely together with our colleagues across the factories.You will be part of the production department Utilities & Solvents in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark.
