Job description: CareerWise Recruitment is recruiting a Lean Leader for our Cork based client (Associate Director Level).The Lean Leader will be responsible for transformation, will accelerate performance improvements and strengthen site capabilities, enabling to achieve strategic goals. As Lean Leader, you will be an integral part of a global team and will lead the LEAN transformation roadmap at the Cork site. This roadmap will drive both growth and strategic development, enhancing site capacity while embedding a culture of continuous improvement. The Lean Leader will focus on transforming the Cork site into a model of LEAN excellence. Hands-on experience in applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement will be essential to success in this critical leadership position.THE ROLE:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical domain, with a preference for supply chain, manufacturing, business, economics, or engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years’ proven success in leading significant business process improvements and Lean transformations.
• Experience implementing large-scale Lean initiatives within complex systems and matrix organisations.
• Demonstrated success in highly regulated industries, preferably within cGMP environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
