Job description: Responsibilities

• Business Analysis Services: Independently provide analysis and process reviews to support business initiatives and project execution.
• Requirements Gathering: Lead collection analysis, conduct feasibility studies, gap analyses, and document business needs in complex or small-medium scale projects.
• Liaison Role: Coordinate between different business departments and IT partners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements.
• Document Review: Ensure alignment of user requirements by reviewing IT documents such as Functional Specifications.
• Solution Design: Engage in designing solutions, suggesting alternatives, and evaluating options based on cost, timeline, and quality.
• User Acceptance Testing: Execute UAT, including planning, execution, and managing defects.
• Training: Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end users.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide support following the implementation of solutions.\

Qualifications

• Experience: Over 2 years in the Insurance/Financial Services industry, focusing on business/system analysis.
• User Requirements Specification: Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing UAT.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; organized and assertive.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SQL is a plus.
• Education: Degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
