We work closely with leaders across levels and across the organization globally, as the advisor, coach and change initiator. We are looking for a visionary and experienced leadership development leader to be part of the team and join the exciting journey with us in this frontier industry.What You’ll Be DoingWork closely with business and function leaders in OK Group to understand business and functional vision and leadership development needs, provide advice and craft direction to build a roadmap of leadership development in overseas markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, US and Euro, etc).Design a suite of programmes that create a clear growth pathway from first line manager through executives so that leadership potential is developed in line with organisational need.Plan and deliver leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure that our leaders are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance cultureImprove understanding of our leadership behaviours at all levels across the organisation and support leaders in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviours consistently and shape the desired culture of OK GroupDevelop and shape a learning culture in the organization through innovative and rich learning offerings to our global leadersDesign and deliver workshops for aspiring leaders to support them in their team management and culture building activitiesEvaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions in order to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the current offers to support leaders in achieving their full potentialWork closely with other LG colleagues across regions and take the lead in team building activities to build a high-performing, high standard team with great team spiritWhat We Look For In YouBachelor’s degree with solid years of experience working in Leadership development, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Talent Management domains, preferably from a well-known global organization with strong learning cultureAble to navigate in a fast-pace working environment, likes to take up new challenges, open and flexible to fast changes, and value team workSelf motivated, with positive and growth mindset, strong team collaboration capabilitylogical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mindPast experience and credentials in leadership assessment and development tools is a plus (e.g. DISC, Leadership 360 tools, Lego serious play facilitator, executive coach)Experienced workshop and/or training designer and facilitatorExcellent communication and presentation skills in both English and ChinesePerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees’ growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsWellness and meal allowancesComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependantsMore that we love to tell you along the process!#LI-CZ1
