  • Team up with stakeholders to create and roll out leadership programs, coaching, eLearning, and mentoring.
  • Assess training needs and deliver solutions to enhance leadership performance.
  • Lead or support exciting projects and forums to create an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Own the design and delivery of the QBCC Leaders Onboarding program, always improving it.
  • Design programs on resilience, well-being, and skills for thriving in change.
  • Set up smart evaluation systems to measure the impact of leadership programs.

Candidate Attributes: * Great at building strong, collaborative relationships.

  • Love working with others to design impactful programs.
  • Skilled at identifying key leadership skills for future success.
  • Highly desirable qualification/s in either Leadership & Management and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Cert IV TAE).
