This is an influential role where you will be key to the design, iteration, delivery and embedding of our Global Leader-led Leadership Programme, and support various other OD (Organisational Development), Leadership and Capability initiatives.Our Leadership & Capability Partners think globally to collaboratively design, deliver, coach and support in a way that sustainably grows leadership capability at Fisher & Paykel.
