- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address leadership development needs
- Design and deliver leadership development programmes and initiatives
- Drive the implementation of behaviour change initiatives within the organisation
- Support the talent management process by developing high potential leaders
- Ensure that all leadership development activities align with the company’s strategic goals
- Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programmes and initiatives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders within the organisation

- Proven experience in leadership development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to design and implement effective leadership development programmes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
