Job description: Great opportunity to recruit a Leadership and Management Development CoordinatorReporting to the Senior Manager Leadership and Management Development and supporting a brand-new team, you will be responsible for an exceptional administrative and support service to all managers and leaders in the business on development and learning matters.You will lead the co-ordination for a new ‘Brilliant Basics’ management development menu, aligned with our vision, purpose and values. You will also co-ordinate our Corporate Induction programme and onboarding programme for all new entrant managers.You will be part of a great team helping to shape the organisation’s culture, providing the best possible learning interventions and demonstrate ROI.Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Educated to GCSE (C) level or equivalent
- IT and Data Literate
- Be willing to work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard if appropriate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint,
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Administrative experience or similar
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Experience of working within a fast paced and pressurised environment

Expected salary: £20000 – 25000 per year
