Job description: Great opportunity to recruit a Leadership and Management Development Coordinator​​Reporting to the ​Senior Manager ​Leadership and Management Development and supporting a brand-new team, you will be responsible for an exceptional administrative and support service to all managers and leaders in the business on development and learning matters.​​You will lead the co-ordination for a new ‘Brilliant Basics’ management development menu, aligned with our vision, purpose and values. You will also co-ordinate our Corporate Induction programme and onboarding programme for all new entrant managers.​​You will be part of a great team helping to shape the organisation’s culture, providing the best possible learning interventions and demonstrate ROI.​​Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • ​​Educated to GCSE (C) level or equivalent
  • ​IT and Data Literate
  • ​Be willing to work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard if appropriate
  • ​Excellent organisational skills
  • ​Excellent communicator both written and oral
  • ​Excellent interpersonal skills
  • ​Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint,
  • ​Fantastic customer service skills
  • ​Administrative experience or similar
  • ​Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • ​Experience of working within a fast paced and pressurised environment

Expected salary: £20000 – 25000 per year
