• Further development and implementation of the company-wide process management strategy for continuous process improvement
• Identification of process deviations and implementation of best practices
• Harmonization and standardization of processes across different locations
• Promoting a process-oriented corporate culture and supporting change processes within the organization
• Management and further development of a team of Business Process Managers and close cooperation with specialist departments

Ihr Profil

• Sound experience in process management, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Competence in the definition and implementation of KPIs for process control
• Analytical and strategic mindset to identify optimization potential and structure complex processes efficiently
• Leadership experience, change management expertise and skills in stakeholder management
• Strong communication and moderation skills in German and English
