Job description: Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner delivers value to the business through providing recruitment professional knowledge and services to attract and engage talent across multiple talent sectors across the business. The role holder operates independently and able to influence senior stakeholders with guidance on complex issues. The role requires close working relationships with the managers and HRBPs to identify talent acquisition needs from their strategy and BAU forecasts and build proactive recruiting plans to address these.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFocused on a high-volume of hiring, you will drive and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring initiatives across the organization.Lead the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.This role requires you to be in close collaboration with business leaders, the wider HR team, and external vendors/partners to meet hiring targets.Leverage data and market insights to continuously optimize the various hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill.Be a team player and work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition team member to build and manage talent pipelines, implement scalable recruitment campaigns, and champion employer branding efforts.Play a critical role in driving process improvements across the TA function, take on various TA projects.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 6 years of solid experience with a strong track record in volume hiring, preferably within fast paced financial services industry.Data-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in fast paced and dynamic environment.Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a passion for delivering results.Proficient and creative in use of social media & job boards in recruiting, sourcing & employer branding to build talent pipeline in organization.Strong sense of urgency, commercial acumen and communication skills.Knowledge of job boards, online CV databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).Understanding of all relevant markets and ability to translate the trends and insights into clear talent acquisition strategies.About The Cigna GroupCigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
