Job description: On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Lead Supply Chain Process Consultant to join our Client’s team on a contract basis. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings, and the Client is based in Victoria, BC (PST time zone).Summary of the RoleThe successful candidate will support the Asset Management Information Program (AMIP) by designing and implementing future-state integrated asset management and supply chain business processes. This role focuses on optimizing workflows across Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset Management to enhance operational efficiency and improve asset reliability.Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
• Ensure compliance with public sector supply chain regulations, supplier due diligence, and contract management.
• Enhance purchase requisition and purchase order processes.
• Improve asset lifecycle and maintenance management, ensuring seamless integration with Supply Chain functions.
• Lead supply chain process improvements, particularly in inventory management and procurement workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and lead discussions with technical and business teams.
• Drive organizational change management and adoption of new processes and systems.

Core Requirements

• Experience with implementing and optimizing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
• Expertise in public sector supply chain compliance, supplier due diligence, and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of purchase requisition and purchase order processes.
• Experience in asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and integration with Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage technical and business stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with interdependencies between Engineering, Finance, and IT business processes.
• Experience with IBM Maximo.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools for tracking asset performance, procurement efficiency, and supply chain KPIs.

TermsThis is a 10-month contract position. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements in Victoria for meetings. Candidates should be prepared to use their own or company-provided hardware.
