Job description: We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with extensive experience using Apollo.io to identify, engage, and convert potential leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B outreach , prospecting, and lead qualification, leveraging Apollo.io to optimize lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Apollo.io to research and identify potential leads Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls Maintain an updated database of prospects and track engagement metrics Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into sales-qualified opportunities Continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on performance analytics Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment Extensive knowledge of Apollo.io and other prospecting tools Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies accordingly Experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing leads Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation
