• Partnering the business to serve shoppers a little better every day via living the finance vision elements for “what” Protect, Generate and Collaborate and for “how” Simplicity, Nurturing and Innovating.
• Acting as the finance expert for key business stakeholders by providing the required insight, strategic support and analysis helping them to shape the business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partnering business leaders to deliver against our strategic initiatives. Constructively challenging and recommending changes to the business underpinned by sound financial expertise.
• Working closely with FP&A teams to understand, forecast and drive opportunities across Property income and expenditure. Creating alignment across financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Shaping future Property strategy through working directly with business leaders. Translating this into budget and long-term plan submissions.
• Standing over delivery of forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning for capital spend, working alongside FP&A colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching and developing colleagues in the team to enrich their personal careers and their value to our business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced level of English (C1)
• University degree
• User knowledge of MS Office
• 5-6 years experience in managerial role with FP&A and Partnering non-finance stakeholders
• Finance data interpretation and ability to draw conclusions from financial results, high level of responsibility
• Communication and presentation skills
• Good at team work
• Independence, responsibility, willingness of continues learning
