As responsible for accounting, you will be responsible for helping our bookkeeping team, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, and optimizing processes. You will work closely with finance professionals across the organization to support operational and strategic objectives.Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop the accounting team, ensuring efficient daily operations and continuous professional growth
• Oversee bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Drive process improvements and automation within accounting, particularly using SAP
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial workflows and reporting accuracy
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements on TAX, VAT and financial statements

Your Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Several years of experience in accounting, preferably within an international company
• Solid knowledge of SAP and experience with financial system optimizations
• Leadership experience or strong potential for developing leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
