We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Finance Operations to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and tax compliance, while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reconciliation processes, tax filings, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP) Management:

  • Record and reconcile all payable invoices accurately in the system.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and address any discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

  • Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Record and reconcile receivable invoices in the system.
  • Prepare and manage AR Aging Summary Reports to track outstanding balances.

Tax Compliance:

  • Handle Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) filings to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Reconcile SRB reports and payments to verify accuracy and completeness.

Financial Operations:

  • Assist the finance team with operational tasks to streamline processes.
  • Ensure all financial reporting complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for financial audits and reviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong expertise in AP, AR, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SRB filings and local tax regulations is essential.
