As Technical Service Manager, you will directly impact product performance, customer success, and Novonesis’ strategic ambitions for Household Care in Europe. Your key focus will be to lead and develop a high-performing team of ten Industry Technology Specialists across Europe. You will foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment while ensuring the delivery of biosolution-based innovations. Your leadership will enable the transition from conventional chemistry to sustainable enzymatic and microbial alternatives, while maintaining high standards in technical support and troubleshooting.…in addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Driving technical leadership across enzyme and microbial applications within household care.
• Supporting strategic accounts with impactful technical engagement and problem-solving.
• Co-leading the European HHC Industry Leadership Team with Sales and Marketing.
• Promoting biosolutions adoption through innovation and strategic collaboration.
• Integrating AI and digital tools to improve technical service scalability and effectiveness.

You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and R&D, fostering cross-functional partnerships to shape the future of household care.What we expect you to bring…
You are a strategic leader with deep technical knowledge and a passion for customer success. Your ability to drive innovation, lead diverse teams, and engage commercially will be key. You bring scientific credibility combined with a hands-on leadership style, and your communication skills allow you to present complex ideas clearly to a wide range of profiles.…additionally, we expect you to have the following background:

• A Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical service or product development, ideally within the Household Care industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, customer-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of household care formulations, surfactants, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of industry regulations such as REACH and CLP.
