What you’ll do
Being a Lead Data Governance Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:Serve as the Data Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide expertise and guidance on data quality best practices.
Responsible for creating comprehensive documentation and a knowledge base to ensure team members have access to essential information.
Responsible for establishing consistent global data definitions
Define and enforce processes & rules for accurate data setup and maintenance for Machine Events, Alarms, Downtime, Products, Drinks String, Customer, and Location Data with consistency across all propositions
Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and align data quality standards & metrics, driving continuous improvement and data integrity across the organisation.Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:Prior experience in Data Governance/ Data Quality management.
Expert understanding of sales data, including its collection, analysis, and application within the business
Knowledge of telemetry systems and device connectivity
Retail and/or vending machine operation and data collection
Understanding of system integrations & architecture
Use of Data Governance frameworks including tools such as (not limited to) Purview & ProfiseeLocation – London – Hybrid
