You will play a central role in this and shape the future of the digital workplace with your existing technological and professional expertise in the areas of communication, knowledge and learning.How you make a difference– You have technical responsibility for your area (approx. 20 employees) and develop it in terms of content.– Your Communication, Knowledge & Learning team, which includes product owners, business analysts, engineers and experts in user adoption, plays a central role in the future of the digital workplace.– You ensure that the roadmap for the digital topics of communication, knowledge and learning is operationalized in a high-quality and employee-centric manner.– Together with your team, you further develop the intranet, search, learning and knowledge platforms (mostly based on M365 technologies).
– You ensure that the digital communication, learning and knowledge platforms are easy to use and contribute to the effective introduction of new products through clear communication and targeted user adoption.– Working with the other topic managers in your area, you advance the target vision of the digital workplace.– You interact closely with the Cluster Lead and People & Transformation Manager roles to develop your area into a high performing team.What you have to offer– As well as a higher business or technical education, you have proven experience in a digitization environment.
– You also have several years of experience in a management position in IT, digital transformation or modern work with a sound understanding of technology.
– You are familiar with modern management and control tools (agile methods, interdisciplinary teams, OKR, etc.). You also strike the right balance between entrepreneur, coach and networker.– You maintain high standards in effective implementation and results-driven performance.
– You are ambitious, assertive and determined, with excellent communication skills at all levels along with knowledge of the interface between business and IT, suppliers and external service providers.
