Our Forward ’28 strategy in Business Customers is a growth strategy with a clear goal to capture market shares in the Nordic region. This involves acquiring new business customers and expanding our engagement with existing customers.To enable us to deliver on our strategic goals, we are looking for two experienced Lead Commercial Planners to join our team. In the position you will play a key role in the execution of our Forward ’28 strategy by ensuring seamless planning and execution of commercial activities to help us achieve our growth ambitions.You will be part of our Strategy Execution and Commercial Excellence team within Business Customers, comprising +30 highly skilled colleagues in the Nordic region. The team includes three sub-teams: ‘Strategy Execution’, ‘Analytics & CRM’ and ‘Commercial Planning and Execution’. In this role, you will be part of our ‘Commercial“We believe in collaboration and innovation. As a Commercial Planner, you’ll team up with skilled colleagues to create the most impact for our business customers, advisors and product specialists. We utilize a test-and-learn approach, in which all good ideas are welcomed, and data serves as the foundation for prioritisation, evaluation, and ongoing optimisation.”Manage commercial activities – and fulfill our goalsYou will be owning the responsibility for planning projects, campaigns, programs and bringing activities to market. You are data-driven and have a solid commercial instinct for implementing and optimising activities to drive growth. It comes naturally to you to prioritise tasks against effort versus impact.In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting our business unit in reaching its commercial targets by planning, prioritising, and optimising commercial activities, while ensuring transparency and ongoing optimisation of activities as well as identifying new commercial opportunities and ways of working to create the most impact:
- Driving and owning our commercial plan with a focus on identifying and prioritising various commercial activities to support our commercial targets
- Identifying and optimizing commercial activities and processes to increase performance and ensure synergies across markets and teams ie. for lead generation, sales material and digital touchpoints
- Collecting input and facilitating collaboration between multiple stakeholders (e.g. data analysts and advisors) to develop, plan, and implement commercial activities
- Evaluating and reporting on the success of our commercial activities for ie campaigns or pilots as well as ongoing activities
- Acting as a sparring partner for commercial activities for the business units
What skills do we want you to bring?In this position you can come with various background experience like project management, consulting, marketing, growth, sales, CRM etc. The most important is that you are a structured project manager with a strong commercial mindset for creating results.We expect that you have:
- +5 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related role.
- Experience in working with business-to-business (B2B) – preferably within the banking or financial service industry (however, not a must)
- Strong and effective project management and stakeholder management skills
- A strong commercial mindset and drive – optimally combined with relevant commercial excellence experience from positions within marketing, commercial, data, sales, CRM or product teams
- Ability to set a direction and prioritise commercial activities together with stakeholders across different levels
- A structured and solution-oriented approach for timely, high-quality deliveries.
- Ability to leverage data to improve and plan commercial activities
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
