Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the incumbent provides the liaison between the faculties/services and IT. Aligns the delivery of solutions, capabilities and other project work with the operational and strategic goals and priorities of the University. Acts as the PPM and the point of contact for the institution’s leadership and senior stakeholders, and advocates for the University’s interests and objectives, while serving as a channel of engagement and communications from IT to the respective faculty/service. Provides expertise to stakeholders towards identifying and formulating initiatives, proposals, and business cases to achieve their objectives. Ensures alignment with the University strategy by creating awareness and understanding of current and future technological capabilities. Develops and maintains project management standards and processes for the University, ensures integration with enterprise architecture, security, and procurement systems and mentors, supports and shares project and portfolio management knowledge and expertise with the IT project managers.In this role, your responsibilities will include:
