• Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards
• Monitor and ensure compliance with cyber security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any gaps or non-compliance issues
• Play a key role in the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including conducting post-incident analysis and developing lessons learned
• Develop and update cyber security policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on matters related to cyber security risk and compliance
• Contribute to the development of the organisation’s cyber security strategy, driving continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
• Extensive experience and management expertise; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Experience in cyber security risk management and compliance, with a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and industry standards
• Proven ability to lead complex risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies
