Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled L&D Designer/Developer to join our client.Contract Period: 3 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting from $44 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; any 2 days per week
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PMJob Responsibilities:

• Support a complex learning project to deliver timely, high quality, consistent, learning
• Ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex information and theoretical concepts while applying clear language principles
• Work directly subject matter experts to capture content-specific knowledge and performance gaps, needs and purpose to develop appropriate solutions within deadlines
• Has the ability to act as a confident and collaborative partner and trusted advisor to Partners and Business stakeholders
• Has the ability to work collaboratively with project team members
• Has the ability to influence and persuade with confidence and tact
• Design and develops engaging, interactive blended learning solutions
• Has the ability to “read” data and analyze it; ability to “tell the story” that data represents
• Adaptable and flexible with an ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer
• Experience in banking industry
• Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex, fast-paced projects
• Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) experience
• Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex, fast-paced projects
