• Work on Tier 1 Banking & Finance matters, specializing in corporate lending, leveraged finance, and project and real estate finance, serving a diverse client base that includes leading commercial banks, debt funds, private equity firms, large corporates, and emerging businesses.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year PQE as a lawyer in a recognised practice.

About your new employer:

• Their B&F practice focuses on corporate lending, leveraged finance, as well as project and real estate finance
• Clients range from leading commercial banks, debt funds, private equity firms, large corporates and growing businesses.

About the role:

• You will advise major banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients on corporate finance, real estate finance, leveraged finance, and general lending transactions.
• An excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience in complex financing deals, develop strong client relationships, and grow within a high-performing and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer (1+ PQE).
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission with strong academics
• Must have a minimum of 1 year PQE as a B&F lawyer in a recognised mid or top-tier firm.
