Ensure compliance with industrial, labor, environmental, and corporate laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Handle regulatory filings, licenses, and permits required for operations.
Provide legal advice on employment, safety, and operational policies.
Manage litigation, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
Conduct legal risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement.
Investigate legal issues related to intellectual property and trade secrets.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting manufacturing.
Train management and employees on legal compliance and best practices.
Requirements * Educational Qualification – A law degree (LLB) from a recognized university, with preference for specialization in corporate or industrial law.
Regulatory Compliance Knowledge – Strong understanding of labor laws, environmental regulations, and industrial safety laws applicable to the manufacturing sector.
Experience – Prior experience in legal compliance, contract management, or dispute resolution within the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
Liaison & Documentation – Ability to liaise with government authorities, ensure proper licensing, and maintain legal documentation for audits and inspections.
Risk Management & Legal Advisory – Proficiency in identifying legal risks, advising management, and handling litigation related to labor disputes, contracts, and regulatory violations.
Expected salary: Rs.15000 – 20000 per month
