Job description: Job ExpectationsA 12 month secondment opportunity has presented itself for a Land Access and Engagement Advisor.A bit about your roleReporting to the Regional Manager, this role will be responsible for providing specialist technical support and advice to key internal and external stakeholders within a State/ jurisdictional area(s), ensuring land access and stakeholder engagement activities are effectively implemented, consistent with regulatory and policy frameworks.You will regularly engage with various external stakeholders, including Local Government Authorities, Statutory Approval Authorities, Utilities, corporate building owners, institutions, and strata managers across all nbn programs. You will also interface with nbn Delivery Partners and internal customers, working collaboratively to enable resolution of enquiries, complaints, incidents, and objections in line with relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), business processes and regulatory frameworks.A bit about youIf this sounds like the role for you then, it is likely you will have experience in the interpretation and application of heritage and environmental legislative frameworks as well as exceptional relationship management skills.
