Plus, there’s equal employment, great training and true flexible working arrangements.A bit about your roleThe role of Knowledge Management Specialist is to support the delivery and maintenance of the Field Services Knowledge Framework, key responsibilities include creating and updating knowledge content and work instructions, managing Knowledge Management Pipeline Requests, ensuring standards compliance with documentation and assisting in the transition to a digital knowledge framework.The role supports the Field Services Team, which drives field enablement through a national hub, ensuring a best-in-class workforce for the high-speed internet network rollout. You will support the Non-Fixed line workflow implementation and be fully responsible for ensuring that one or more of nbn’s internal and external Field Workforces and the teams that support them, clearly understand nbn’s expectations of them at any given point and are willing and able to adopt change at a rapid pace.A bit about youIf this sounds like the role for you, you are experienced in technical writing and document creation, preferably having filled a dedicated technical writing position in the past. Strong presentation skills, business acumen and stakeholder management experience is also essential. Exposure to service activation and operational activities in telecom or IT environments would be an advantage. Experience with various telecommunications technology and service delivery, project or change management, Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement workshops will be highly regarded.As an exceptional team player and communicator, you will have the natural ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong successful partnerships.
