  • Ensuring that customers and distributor NNS/ vol. are achieved, by category and within the allocated TTS budget
  • Managing yearly negotiation with selected KAs, including rebates, listing, home and secondary placement, POP materials allowance and any other customer specific terms.
  • Follow channel strategic direction and agree business plans with Key Account customers
  • “Obtaining in store space allocation at best possible rate, as part of Trade Activities implementation.
  • Maximize the visibility of the Nestle’ products within the customers in the assigned area.
  • Managing the key accounts distributions including effective and efficient route planning.
  • Deliver timely and appropriate commercial communication to the Trade (e.g. new prices, SC/ F&C procedures).
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ and Nestle direct sales force.
  • Timely submission of reports and collections, e.g. On shelf availability, order planning etc.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Business, Computer Sciences or Engineering discipline
  • Good knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing & Finance)
  • Knowledge of core Business Processes (Sales/Distribution Opereations, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial
  • Knowledge of Customer Best Practice, Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/ Shopper trends and shopper Insight into actionable ideas.
  • Hands on experience of Dashboard designing in Power BI
  • Proficiency in MS Office
