Job description: The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities and managing service requirements for existing hospital accounts in the Czech Republic.Key portfolio areas for this role: Gynecologic OncologyRegion: PrahaKey ResponsibilitiesFocus on continuous customer insights and analysis of external environment to provide inputs for Commercial strategyDeveloping and executing a comprehensive and strategic account plan to drive value and deliver growth. Continuously identify and profile key target customers and find the opportunities to drive performance.Establishing and developing effective commercial relationships with hospitals and KOLs to promote and competitively sell products.Ownership of continuous monitoring of key competitor initiatives, initiate GSK response to market changesSupporting the implementation of key marketing campaign in the assigned accounts which differentiate and enhance GSK’s standing in the healthcare market. Omnichannel approach and data driven execution.Effective teamwork across the organisation and acting in accordance with GSK’s values, policies and expectations.
