It’s a mission with great impact and meaningful goals.⏩ We now have a unique career opportunity for you in the Bioanalytics & Pharmacokinetics (BA & PK) team, which is at the heart of SOTIO research and development across multiple projects and drug modalities.⏪What is our goal?We are responsible for the development of bioanalytical assays to determine drug levels in preclinical and clinical studies, bioanalytical analyses and data evaluation aiming at pharmacokinetic characterization of new molecules.What working in the BA & PK team brings to you?📌 Diverse experience and work within an exceptional, science-focused environment📌 Direct discussions with different subject matter experts working in drug development📌 Involvement in various interesting projects focused on cancer immunotherapy📌 Direct impact on selecting the best drug candidate to advance into clinical trialsYour Activities 🔬Provide expert scientific reviewEstablish new assays and technologies for functional and pharmacokinetic studies. Supporting team experimentally when necessary (ELISA, HPLC, in vitro cell-based assays)Evaluate data and present findings and interpretations in written and oral reportsExperimental documentation in high quality (protocols, reports, summary presentations in English)Work in an integrated project team and consult with subject matter expertsQualification requirements✅ Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy or similar✅ Experience with ELISA, HPLC and other bioanalytical methods focused mainly on proteins but also small molecules✅ Experience with cellular in vitro test systems and cell cultures advantage but not a must✅ Reliability in experimental work and reproducibility, paying high attention to details✅ Ability to learn and adopt new laboratory skills✅ Demonstrated previous experience with managing a scientific project✅ Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level minimal)📌 Where is our officeČeskomoravská 2532/19b, Libeň, 190 00 Praha 9, Česká republikaAre you ready to take on this challenge and become part of our scientific team?The selection process usually involves 2-3 rounds, during which we get to know each other and clarify our expectations.We look forward to meeting you!SOTIO Biotech team
