Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and implementing QESH standards for CWS Cleanrooms.
  • Working with managers to improve local quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conducting internal and supplier audits, managing CAPA processes, and facilitating customer/regulatory audits.
  • Tracking deviations, complaints, and supporting the implementation of procedures.
  • Coaching and training employees on quality standards and promoting a culture of excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in quality assurance or related field, or at least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical devices, or cleanroom environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom processes and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 14644) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams across different levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
