This is the ideal role for someone with a background in banking, finance, or sales who is ready to break into mortgage broking and is looking for mentorship and career progression. You’ll benefit from ongoing support, qualified leads and exposure to a wide panel of lenders, helping you grow into a confident and capable broker.Benefits to successful applicant:

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Support clients through the home loan process with tailored lending solutions
• Manage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
• Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and industry knowledge
• Keep up to date with lender policies, compliance and market trends
• Learn and grow under experienced brokers and sales leaders

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in banking, finance, or sales
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking essential
• Strong networking skills and a drive to grow your client base through strategic relationship-building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, results-driven and eager to learn
