Job description: Job Description – To handle various portfolio of work – To attend court for hearing AND/OR due diligence exercises & property related matters AND/OR willing to learn to draft cause papers and submission – To conduct research – Good research skills (Legal authorities based) – Able to comply with instruction and responsible to meet timeline. – To do opinion writing and be able to give independent opinion – High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn – Able to perform advocacy skills (Litigation) – Able to attend case management, Trial/Hearing (Litigation) – Able to be a team player. Qualifications and Requirements: – Hardworking & be able to work with the team – To be self-motivated and committed – Must possess own transport – Able to report and update superiors promptly – Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu languages (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
