Job description: As a Junior Developer in the FRR (Financial Reporting & Reconciliation) sub-domain, you will support the integration, analysis, and management of large-scale financial and transactional data. You will work with leading platforms such as Cloudera Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and Informatica to enable seamless data workflows and contribute to financial analytics reporting. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration & Management: Work with Informatica tools (BDM, IDQ) and platforms like Cloudera Hadoop and Teradata for data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Manage data flow and pipeline operations using technologies like Kafka, Spark, and Hive. Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using QlikSense, MS Power BI, and Business Objects. Support data visualization and analysis for financial reconciliation and reporting. Data Analysis & Modeling: Support data analysis and profiling tasks using SQL, Python, R, and SAS for reporting and financial insights. Contribute to the design and maintenance of FSLDM (Financial Services Data Model) and Data Marts. Technical Support: Leverage platforms like AS400, Oracle SQL Developer, and Teradata (TD Studio) for troubleshooting and query optimization. Utilize scripting and batch jobs to automate data processing using Jenkins, Putty, ALDON and Control-M. Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of Finance Analytics or Credit Risk Analytics to provide insights and support decision-making. Work with business teams in areas like Treasury & Wealth Management (Murex), Trade Finance & Accounts Receivable Management (FITAS, ARF), and Retail Bank, Cards (Silver Lake) to enhance reporting and financial analysis. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and meet business goals. Support technical documentation and reporting requirements for stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: Experience working with Cloudera Hadoop, Teradata Inteliflex, Oracle, and Informatica. Strong understanding of Finance Analytics, particularly in areas like Credit Risk Analytics and Treasury & Wealth Management (Murex). Familiarity with QlikSense, MS Power BI, and Business Objects for reporting. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and integration. Good-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of AS400, SAS, and Experian PowerCurve. Experience in Data Modeling (FSLDM/Data Marts). Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, and SonarCube for CI/CD. Work Environment: Operate in a cross-platform environment, including AS400, Linux, Windows, and AIX. Engage in a collaborative environment where you will support financial data integration and reporting workflows.
