As we continue to expand our data team, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join us. This entry-level position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with a strong technical background, who are eager to apply their skills in real-world data analysis.Crystal team operates on a global scale, with a strong presence across the EMEA and APAC regions, combining the agility, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup with the resources and stability of a global leader in the reinsurance industry.What the day will look like:

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Help gather, organize, clean and prepare data
• Check data for accuracy and completeness
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations
• Work closely with team colleagues and other teams to solve real business problems

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or a related field or 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Advanced English skills

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance
• Power Query, SQL, or Power BI
