Manage the end-to-end electronic billing (e-billing) process for clients in the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines.
Upload invoices into client-specific e-billing platforms and monitor their status to ensure timely submission and approval.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including partners, billing coordinators, and finance teams, to address billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Collaborate with clients to resolve rejected or disputed invoices promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update e-billing platforms with accurate client and billing information.
Generate e-billing reports and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with local and international tax and billing regulations.
Assist in the implementation and testing of e-billing systems and platforms to support new client requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-billing efficiency and accuracy.
Support the finance team with other billing and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-billing, billing operations, or a similar role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
Familiarity with e-billing platforms such as BillBlast, Serengeti, or Collaborati is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in billing and financial reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and international environment.
