Job description: Our client is a renowned multinational technology company with fast growing business across the US, UK Europe and Asia. They are seeking a junior lawyer to join their legal team in Hong Kong.Responsibilities: …

• You will be an important member of the Legal team with the ability to take ownership of Disputes. (litigation/arbitration) and also review commercial contracts.
• Disputes cover the full range of in-house contentious areas, usually involving consumer, commercial or corporate counterparties.
• Formulate dispute resolution strategies in line with business needs in various jurisdictions.
• Support the team on handling commercial issues and contracts globally, such as sponsorship, advertising, procurement, NDAs, terms and conditions, licensing and agreements.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with NQ-3PQE in a reputable law firm and/or in-house organisation.
• Ability to take ownership of international disputes from beginning-to-end.
• Excellent command of English, and business proficient Mandarin language skills highly preferred.
