• Contributing to regional team efforts by overseeing monthly reporting, including closing activities and cost control of expenses, while also conducting ad hoc analyses for management within the regions.
• Facilitating the monthly and annual risk assessments and internal controls for the countries under your responsibility.
• Supporting corporate in monitoring receivables overdue and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborating with teams (including virtual teams) to ensure accurate forecasting activities for the countries under your responsibility.
• Seizing opportunities to take on greater responsibility in projects, such as digitalization initiatives or company-wide endeavors with a management focus.

Your success is grounded in:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Professional experience in Controlling, Reporting, and Forecasting is plus, but not required.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• User-level proficiency in Power BI.
• Willingness to learn and work with SAP.

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong interest in value flow and accounting topics.
• High self-motivation, resilience, and results orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong learning mindset, including adaptability to new processes and tools in Finance.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English for daily business communication (written and verbal).
