– Develop and execute buying strategies to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions
– Manage vendor relationships with over 100 international and local suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and terms
– Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and customer demand to identify new product opportunities
– Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, visual merchandising, logistics, and operations, to drive sales and enhance customer experience
– Oversee inventory distribution and ensure optimal stock availability across stores
– Support financial planning, pricing strategies, and promotional planning to achieve revenue and profitability goals
– Lead and develop the buying team, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with business objectivesRequired Skills and Experience:
– Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities
– Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Bachelor\’s degree in Business Management, Buying, or a related field
– 2-3 years of merchandising or buying experience
