This role is ideal for someone who is eager to make a significant impact in the telco industry towards its B2B customers and is enthusiastic about learning and mastering the technical aspects of our business.Your agenda:

• Build professional relationships with key stakeholders to understand the current and required product propositions, and customer standards.
• Cooperate with various stakeholders in collecting requirements, verifying activities, and providing an optimum design of the overall solution delivered to the costumer.
• Identify technical requirements, business cases, identify strengths and weaknesses of the overall designed solution
• Define business requirements for new business applications, products, propositions, processes for internal/external costumers.
• Monitor activities across the sales & product cycle using specific tools and sources.
• Perform business analyses and define the required solutions for project deliveries.
• Analyse defects and non-standard production system behaviours in the respective area, and initiate and coordinate their solutions.
• Provide an overview of telecommunications trends and innovations, challenge and improve current propositions to ensure they remain competitive on the market.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking and experience with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in business analysis, process or product management for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of basic technical requirements of variety of products.
• Full professional proficiency in Czech language (C1 or native) and proficiency in English language (B2 and above).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactivity, willingness and eagerness to learn.
