Job description: Job Opportunity: Pre-Billing Operations Executive (1-Year Contract) ???? Location: Grab HQ Office, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya ???? Key Responsibilities (50-70% Daily): Gather and verify billing data from internal systems. Review and validate pre-billing reports, correcting any discrepancies. Perform billing calculations based on contract terms, pricing agreements & service metrics. Cross-check calculations to ensure alignment with client agreements. Ensure billing data is accurate and complete before invoicing. Resolve billing issues or customer info discrepancies with relevant teams. Maintain accurate documentation of all pre-billing activities. Implement and enforce best practices for a smooth invoicing process. Identify and suggest process improvements. Meet internal SLAs and ensure compliance with policies and controls. ???? Commercial Process Excellence: Ensure compliance in all sales operations processes. Work with Country Ops & Commercial teams to onboard and govern SFDC (Salesforce) CRM tool usage. Monitor and maintain data integrity in Salesforce by sales teams. ???? Ad hoc sales operations tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. 1-2 years of experience in business/finance operations in B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or startup environment. Strong English proficiency (spoken & written) – for regional communication. Independent, analytical, and efficient in operations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets, data cleaning & organization. Self-driven, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, VUCA environment. High integrity and professionalism.
