You will be responsible for recording and monitoring accounting transactions, assisting in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and contributing to process improvements.🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilitiesIn coordination with the Finance Manager Alpine and with the HQ Finance Team, you will be responsible for:1. General Accounting

• Recording and monitoring accounting entries (clients, suppliers, treasury)
• Reconciling accounts and tracking balances
• Preparing supplier payments

2. Month-End & Year-End Closing

• Assisting in monthly and annual closings
• Preparing account reconciliations and supporting documents
• Supporting financial statement preparation
• Monitoring provisions and accruals

3. Tax & Compliance

• Preparing VAT declarations for Switzerland and Austria
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations

4. Controlling Support

• Analyzing budget vs. actuals
• Preparing financial reports for Electra HQ

5. Tools & Process Improvement

• Collaborating with internal teams and tracking financial flows
• Enhancing accounting processes for increased efficiency

6. Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Supporting various financial and administrative projects as needed

😎 Your Profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus
