Job description: We are currently in need of 1 Junior Internal Auditor which shall focus on the store audit which includes financial, inventory / stocks, operations and regulatory audit and complianceJOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and execute different Audit projects covering store operations.
• Conduct in dept Audits to ensure compliance within the company processes and regulations.
• Ensuring standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in audits and other financial reports.
• Ensures delivery of assigned audit objectives in a timely manner, quality and value- adding results.
• Submitting and report audits findings in a timely manner for further analysis by management and assist in finding its resolution.
• Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and audit outcomes.
• Help in the delivery of cross-functional projects and other work-related assignments from time to time.
• Identify areas that require improvement in the company’s business processes, define possible recommendations, and present to stakeholders.
• Remaining up to date with developments in relevant legislation and the field in general.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance and or Internal Audit;
• Must have CPA, CIA and/or other related certifications is an advantage but not required;
• Minimum of 3 years of audit work experience;
• Experience in Retail or Trading company is an advantage;
• Experienced various types of audits such as Financial Audit, Store Audit, Inventory Audit, Operations Review, Process Review and Development, Compliance Check, Fraud Investigations;
• Amenable to extend work hours;
• Amenable to go on field nationwide;
• Amenable to report on site (Marikina).
