Then, Apply Now!Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Jr. Business Analyst- Web/Figma who will be responsible for providing efficient operational support while maintaining compliance with internal controls and procedures within the functional area. The role applies technical and process knowledge to act as a point of contact for various stakeholders in the Bank. The Business Analyst exercises independent judgment in determining feasible solutions for stakeholders, technical partners. The role leads the implementation of process improvement initiatives, seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures. You will work with little direction in a fast-paced environment with Product Owners, Consultants and Leadership to deliver process workflow updates to internal clients’ web properties.Desired Skill Set:

• 1+ year experience in a bank, ideally // open to COOP experience
• Jira administration experience
• Basic Excel skills – Microsoft fundamentals
• Translate everything into technical documents in Jira
• Proficient with the Microsoft suite
• Strong communication skills are required as they will be facilitating meetings with stakeholders
• Digital content or website management experience
