Job description: About the Opportunity

• Daily review of bank activity and verification.
• Review and submit weekly electronic payments, ACH, bill payment, wires, etc.
• Post all journal entries as submitted by management.
• Monitor AR & AP subledgers to ensure that outstanding and/or older items are addressed.
• Completion of bank reconciliation (monthly) and periodic cash flow reports as instructed by management.
• Responsible for maintaining vendor setup and banking information.
• Processing corporate credit card statements and staff expense reports.
• Assist in month end process by preparing various account reconciliations and other analysis instructed by management.
• Managing leases for parent and subsidiary companies.
• Responsible for HST, QST, Corp Tax, WSIB, and other tax filings.
• Preparing ad hoc reports

About You

• Uni/College degree is required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate Excel skills

Salary Range
