Tanggungjawab

• Sales & Customer Service – Showcase our stylish products, upsell and cross-sell, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Store Operations – Maintain store cleanliness, organize product displays and manage stock levels.
• Product Knowledge & Promotions – Stay updated on product details and educate promoters on arrivals and offers.
• Sales Targets & Reporting – Achieve and exceed sales targets, track performance and provide insights on trends.
• Customer Relationship Management – Build strong connections with department store buyers and gather customer feedback for improvements.
• Merchandising & Visual Display – Arrange store layouts to enhance product apparel and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report valuable insights to management.
• Teamwork & Training – Support new team members and collaborate with the visual merchandising team to improve store presentation.
